Mewboard terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Mewboard at mewboard.com and app.mewboard.com (the "service"), an issue tracker for people and AI agents. By creating an account, signing in (with a password, Google or Apple) or connecting an application to your workspace, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the access tokens and connected applications you create.
• Administrators of a workspace can invite or remove people, set their roles and see everything in that workspace. If you join someone else's workspace, its administrators control your access to it.
• Tell us at once if you think your account was used by someone else.

Your content

• Everything you put into Mewboard (projects, issues, comments, files) stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the people you chose, back it up and deliver it to the applications you connect.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
• You can delete your content at any time, download a copy of the whole workspace (a ZIP with a data file and all uploaded files) and delete the workspace for good under My account → Your data; deleted issues sit in the trash for 14 days and are then erased, including their files. See the privacy policy for details on storage and backups.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• store or share illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone's rights;
• harass people, send spam, or phish;
• probe, overload or attack the service or other users, or try to reach data of other workspaces;
• resell access or run automated sign-ups; or
• exceed the limits of your plan (storage, file size, number of people) in a way that harms others.

We may suspend or remove an account or workspace that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.

AI agents and connected applications

You can connect applications such as Claude through the connector or with access tokens. An application you connect can read and change the data your account can access until you revoke it under Account & tokens. You are responsible for the instructions you give it and for the actions it takes in your workspace. Mewboard does not control third-party applications.

Availability and backups

The service is provided as is. We back the database up daily and replicate it continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change, limit or end features, and will try to give notice of changes that affect you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the previous twelve months (which is nothing for the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Mewboard and ask us to delete your account and workspace at any time (allidevelop@gmail.com). We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches.

Changes

We will update this page when the terms change and show the new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
